We’re living in an economy that it takes two incomes to make ends meet.
We’re living in a time that people are becoming sick and tired of being sick and tired.
Sick and tired of working long, tireless hours away from home, but there’s no choice. You must do what is necessary to pay the bills and put food on the table. And maybe if you’re lucky, you’re able to safe some bucks at the end of the month.
Sick and tired of paying the astronomical costs for someone else to raise your children, while you’re doing your job, giving your best attention to your boss or manager.
Sick and tired of living paycheck to paycheck – or maybe not even able to stay above afloat some months.
Sick and tired of seeing your company downsizing and not knowing when it’s your turn to get fired.
It’s liberating not to have to rely on anyone else, waiting for someone to promote you, raise your salary, notice your work, determine if you are doing good by the company or if you’re the next one to be fired. You’re fully accountable and it’s not scary at all— in fact it’s incredible to feel free!
To become the CEO of your own destiny, it’s found a lot more fulfilling.
More and more people are taking leaps of faith to become Entrepreneur, becoming their own boss of something that is giving them freedom.
Starting a business presents an amazing opportunity filled not only with hard work, risks and challenges but also potential rewards, freedom and satisfaction that you cannot get from being an employee.
There is an entirely different world out there – a world of prosperity and unlimited wealth!
Maybe you just want to work a business part time to make some cash now, whether it’s to pay off debt, or free yourself from your mortgage early or just have something fun to do while you are looking at other opportunities? [HINT: my highest paying bosses paid me big bucks for my know-how to push a business to a higher level. So getting some entrepreneurial skills can pay off at your job too.]
Individuals who build organizations which scalably
& sustainably solve human problems.
An entrepreneur can bring immense value to humanity by building a business that earns money that can be used to reinvest in more opportunities that make the world better.
What it takes to #BeTheBoss?
It comes down to two secrets:
Secret #1: Understand that YOU are the Creative Director of your own life. No one will ever care about your career and your options more than you. You must be self-aware and certain about where you want to go and why. Understand your dreams and capabilities and then chase your potential. Read also: Feel really alive and fully engaged in life?
Secret #2: Understand that it’s about being of service. If you want to be a business owner to amass power, it’s going to be hard to get people to buy from you. If you take a different approach, one to help and inspiring other people, you will have much more success. Read also: What sets you apart, what do you do differently?
As the Creative Director of your own life, you’ll experience great fulfillment in taking the drivers’ seat…. making advancement in your own life, career and finances.
How will you use your precious life?
When you start your own business venture you get to operate in a space where no one else can tell you not to do things (within legal reason that is!). Conversely, it can be very daunting to have no rules, no warning signs and no-one else to tell you what to do.
The difference between a successful start-up and one that struggles may be no more than the owner’s ability to take the initiative at the right time and make a decision; even when they do not fully know in that moment how, why or even if it will be a good one.
I encourage founders to chase information and persist in seeking as much useful information as they can in order to reduce the risks they are taking and maximise the chances of success. After all it has been said that, “only a fool learns from their mistakes; a wise wo/man learns from the mistakes of others”.
